Roy is one of the best real estate agents I ever worked with. I bought 2 houses with him lately and 3 in the past 10 years. Personal integrity, knowledge, and diligence are his main characteristics. He will tell you if something does not look right in a deal or a property. He know the area very well and does great investigations if needed. Highly recommended to all aspects of real estate business.

Yoram Kaldes was a neighbor but I didn't choose him to be our realtor for that reason. I chose him because I came to know him as an honest, humble caring and a loving person. He is very professional, patient and very knowledgeable in dealing with him as a realtor.

Roy has been a pleasure to work with, he is not only professional but personable like family. Trying to move from PA to ATL is a daunting task but he has gone beyond. Roy personally drove out to review a desired new home site, he sent a video tour set to music. Daily updates on new homes and up-to-date available properties in the area we wanted. Thank you Roy. Look forward to working with you again.

If you want to deal with someone who cares more about people as opposed the numbers, he is your man. Throughout my family's experience with him, was nothing but professional and productive. I would reccomend him to anyone, and he has an open invitation to our home.

His communication is first-rate, responding quickly to you and always keeping you in the loop. I recommend him without reservation.

Roy was available to help us whenever we needed, provided us valuable insight about the market. We did a lot of research so we've sent him a ton of questions and addresses to check, still he was engaged and always provided an answer in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him for either rental or acquisition of properties.
